Secure, Convenient Apartment Living in Fairview Slopes

I have lived at Park Laurel for over ten years now and would just like to tell you how much I enjoy living here and to commend you on every aspect of the management of the building.

When I first moved in, after selling my home on Vancouver Island, I thought it would be temporary. However, over the next few months I realized how amazing a location this was and how central it was to everything and accessible.

The land bridge allows access to the seawall which opens access to the seawall and the aqua bus system to the city. Our location is central to all the major destinations from Granville Island to Olympic Village.

It is, in my opinion, the best area to live in as it is much quieter and relaxed compared to Yaletown, which is accessible in 5 minutes by sea bus across False Creek.

In closing and the icing on the cake, is the impeccable management of the building. I have never had a complaint or issue in all my years here, regardless of how small a detail is, and always addressed in a timely fashion.

My hat is off for Janet, our building manager, and John, who handles maintenance. I cannot thank them enough.
